2 Debitorders for a cancelled and a new policy

I took out Maxicover for my home on the 06/06/2013 for R188.00, when I received the paper work, I called Maxicover again and cancelled this policy. I then took out a better Maxicare policy that is R210.00 per month. On the first 01/07/2013 they deducted both of these policies money, even though I cancelled the R188.00 policy. I phoned the Maxicare (Innovation) call center 3 times today. The first lady could not put me through to Zan Mlambo, the Receptionist kept on putting me threw to the menu, and the third lady (commercial and household policies) put the phone down in my ear. They say while you hold that all calls are recorded, please help the call center agents, because they are not capable to help a customer.
