They are a complete mess
the call center are not informed as to what they are supposed to do the contractors are basically not technicians with out a clue how to fix things
they told me my agreement of loss would be paid on Weds 15 Jan so I went and got a new washing machine being told I would be paid today and then the manager told me they only pay every 2 weeks this is not what I was told by the call center
this has been going on since the beginning of December
still no action
