I have requested standard bank to extendend the period of my homeloan, the request was sent on the 3rd july (as was told to draft a letter) up until today i haven't received any feedback. when i call i'm told they are still busy with the process. i am getting frustrated, the waiting is just too long and noone is saying a thing
