Why don't I get any feedback?

Having a homeloan with Standard Bank, I called in to request a revision of my interest rate, after speaking to Lizzy Setlhako who gave me a superb service, I was expecting a feedback from STD bank within day but I never received any. And just to point out that it was not my 1st time calling in to request this - I never received any feedback - I'm talking about an event that took place towards the end of 2012 - we are on a 1/3 of 2013. Had I been paying them bad, I would understand - but I feel that I pay them well. How long will it take for this bank to give me feedback?? I still went ahead to apply for another home loan with them 2 or 3 weeks back, we were assisted by Lindi from Menlyn who gave us a superb service again (and thanks to her), she even called me to find out what the status of the application was, but seemingly the application had stopped being processed because something was missing, but STD bank never spoke to me nor my husband about it. They just stopped decided to stop. Does this bank have problems with giving it's client a feedback?? As much as the bank must receive all their requirements from us, are we not entitled to a good service from Standard Bank?
