FNB Ignores customers completely

I posted a complaint on HP a couple of weeks back. FNB replied with a nice "we will look into it and get back to you" generic response.

Guess what? NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME! As usual I am being IGNORED!

I also posted a complaint on their website, with a promise that someone will get back to me with in 24 hours. This was posted on the 22nd of July. Not a single response yet. Ref 3DRL9185. Again IGNORED.

Luckily for me I have followed all the requirements to report FNB to the banking ombudsman.

STAY AWAY FROM FNB. THEY DO NOT CARE.
