Bank draft 300 Aussie dollars requested

Tues 5 Feb 2013. I requested a draft - asked when I require the draft - same day (same draft in Oct 2012 received same day). Tues afternoon was advised that typewriter was broken and will advise next day when I could collect. Was phoned on the Wed and informed that will be loaning a typewriter from client. On Thurs 12.58 I rec a sms from Visha (person in charge of branch) advising that Ladysmith branch wants to confirm the BOP category they would be doing draft. Also then advised that Reserve bank clearance will be required as the incorrect BOP code previously used. On Fri at 11.59 I sent an sms to Visha requesting an update. About 2 o clock Pinky phoned me advising that she was waiting for the go ahead any time now and draft would be collected at Ladysmith. No feedback from the Forex dept since. I again sent an sms to Visha at 15.15 today 11/2/2013 to request update. Now Monday 19.05 and no feedback.
I realise that running a business does not always run smoothly, however :- Forex dept do not know their products/procedures, - Do not keep client informed.- Are incompetent. Desperately in need of draft there is a deadline attached. Kindly assist to some feedback.
