I have submit my claim, Monday I did phone to follow up if they did received my requested docs, the agent confirmed everything was received, today I phoned to find out if my claim have been processed yet. Now a Agent by the name Josef said they need a 2 years doctor's report and a discharge Summary Report??? What the I did submit a hospital account which is R48000 plus the hospital signed the hospital claim form and my dr did signed the form... How many Gallbladders do you have they only can remove one!!!
I want my claim to be finalized, when you sold me this policy no one said it will be this difficult to sort out a claim.
