On the 15 August this company called Call voice had debited my account with R129.99 with a Ref number: CALLVOICE 6295765CALLVO130815NAEDO. On the 19 August I phoned the company and the person I spoke to said it would take 48hours to reverse the money, nothing happened and I phoned again on the 23 August and the person I spoke to said it would be paid before the end of business day, nothing happened still and yesterday the 27 August I spoke to a lady who said her name was Lisa who said she will investigate anc ome back to me. I am really tired of this untrustworthy promises from the company whic debited my account for no apparent reason. I don't have account with you guys. My next step from here is the media and if you still don't pay back my money be worned as I have already put this befor my lawyer.
