I lodged a query in May about a company that was deducting money in my account
The company is not known to me to this day, I first lodged complaint
STD fishoek, I received a phone call 2days later saying I should call division wrt my query.
I then went to Sunnyside branch where I made a phone call, to my surprise I have been moved on different dept over the phone because everyone seem not to know how to handle my query. A week after that a lady doing std survey phoned me, I told her that I'm moving banks because I'm nt happy with their service. She promised to help me, by she went into thinner air since that phone call. Last month I went to fishoek branch again, the consultant adviced me to lodge another query on my Internet banking.
I did just that, an a lady from sunny side branch by the name of chanpanel, I faxed my statement twice and she has never responded to my query and numerous messages I left her. When I call I usually find a lady by the name of Relebogile/kelebogile who promise to tell Chanpanel that I phoned. Their number is 0124008903
