I bought some prepaid airtime on my Standard Bank Internet Banking on the 2nd of December 2013. I thought I would be able to go back and print the transactions. To my surprise I was not. I then called Standard Bank to assist me in getting the voucher numbers for the airtime that I bought. They logged a query and said that I should get the vouchers sent to me in 5 workings days. I called today to follow it up. The lady told me that she will contact Telkom to find out what is going on. When I phoned back again they said that the query is now closed. The same happened to a query that my sister had about a month ago. She is still waiting for her money to be refunded. They then re-opened the query and now I as a valued customer have to wait another 7 days to get my account moved! Totally unacceptable service!
