No response to Query after 1 month

I lodged a complaint at call centre about funds transferred to incorrect account and
was told I would get feedback within 10 working days.
1 month later when I queried again they had cancelled the query - no feedback
received and no reason why. Had I not phoned there would have just been no
response.
Standard bank Call Centre and Branch at Somerset Mall has got to have the
worst service ever!
