Change cell no on internet banking

My cell no has change so I call the call center to help my change on the system but they tell me I must go to the branch they can help me so I went to the branch 4 times and still its not been change every time I fill in the forms every thing but nothing has been change. I want it change to get my OTP password on my internet banking. I stay on a farm 50km out off town I went 4 times so its 8 times 50km =400km @ AA tariffs @R3.65 =R1460.00 so tell me what must I do and will standard bank pay for my petrol and time
