Hi have recently changed Cellphone nr's and went to Rustenburg branch to change my nr as to recieve my notifications on my cell and also to get my one time pin on that number.

Needless to say i have been back at the bank 3 times, without success, i have send email to customer support centre (no one came back to me) and still they could not fix the problem. I cannot log in on my Internet banking, i cant change my Csp or password because after visiting the bank 3 times i am still not registered to recieve a OTP.
So Standard Bank come Monday morning i will move my account to FNB. I am fed up with this service you can really take your bank and shove it!

Once again you can be a realy big bank you can have all the nice things but without customer service you are nothing!
