Formal complaint: Maternity UIF Application from May 2012 still unresolved
My application for maternity UIF refers.
I would like to bring this to your attention as this matter has not been resolved by lodging complaints with the UIF department.
My original application to receive maternity UIF has been completed and submitted in May 2012. I have asked a professional UIF agency to handle the application on my behalf. It was confirmed in May 2012 that the application was complete.
To date - exactly 8 months from application date - I have yet to receive all maternity benefits.
The level of unprofessionalism and errors made at the Department of Labour are hard to believe.
I look forward to your urgent response. A detailed letter with a chronology of events since May 2012 has been submitted to the comissioner's office and I am awaiting urgent feedback.
