First National Bank
Home loan application is taking to long

Our application for a bond was submitted by Oobah =(bond originators) more then 2 weeks ago. I called today to folow up with the homeloan call-centre and was told that our aplication was still with the credit department & thatthey are awaiting 6 months worth of payslips.

When the aplication was initially sent to them, we were informed that they would need 3 months worth of payslips which was sent to them. I don't earn on commission as I get a basic salary only.
My cost to company were R18 000 before any deductions since October 2012 until March 2013. Effective April 2013 my cost to company have increased to R19 098 due to the annual increase that came into effect from last month.

I bank with FNB and my salary gets paid into my fnb account. I would like to have all my eggs in 1 basket hence I'm sending this email. I can't understand why this is taking so long because 1 would expect an application to take not more than 3 days.
Steve did a very good job convincing me that FNB would be my futur hence I switched to them.

Steve, please look into the matter urgently & if there's any additional info required, please don't hesitate to contactme.
