Bad conduct with bank

Good day

I have applied to have a home loan with FNB in 2010 and it was declined on the grounds that I have bad conduct with the bank. I then asked them to explain to me what it was but to my dismay, they say they may not do so. I have since tried to apply for a quotation to transfer of my account from my bank to FNB and I was told that I have bad conduct with the bank once again. I then requested that they tell me what I have done wrong but they decline to explain. I then called the applications department again, and they told me I have to speak to enquiries, when I did that, the people at the enquiry told me to go to applications. I know not what I need to do or what I have done wrong to get such treatment. When I see FNB's Ad on TV, they ask as to how they may help me (" How can me help you? "), I would expect to get high-end service but with such, I feel so disappointed.
