Travelling back to PE from JHB, obtained 2 flat tyres. Called road side assist they dont have spare tyres but towed us home to our residence. Now we are at home and telephone outsurance to lodge a claim. Note the 2 flat tyres, they say please bring your car into outsurance it will take 2 or 3 days to repair. I dont have another car to use. or ride your car to Tiger wheel and tyre pay the account and submit the account to us. note the 2 flat tyres. With so much inconvenience why do we pay insurance? I have 2 flat tyres, do you want me to carry the car on my back???
