I have been looking for the person who has sold the insurance to me for the whole week and the office is not able to assist me. They busy explaining his job rather trying to assist me.
all I wanted was his contacts or the field worker to contact me. even if the customer has called the wrong department, someone must be able to assist. The service is just pathetic. I deal with customers on a daily basis I wouldn't give my customers such a terrible service.
