Mmm... For THREE years I paid my insur every month on time and never in those 3 years did I Claim a single sent... End off 2012 I phoned fot the 1 time to review my insurance and the best they could do was R10. I left it at that and still stayed with them, though I could get a beter prem with another insur comp.. Because why..I kind of like to stay loyal with one comp and then last month they send me a letter stating that my prem is going up with R30 so know I'm thinking " loyalty" and I phone them to cancel my insur knowing that I am loosing 3 years of paym which adds up to almost R25 000.. I called the call centre and did the cancellation and asked them to please send me a letter to confirm that the cancellation has gone through... I received my letter yes..."Dear Mrs Fourie, as you know, every clients cover is designed around his or her unique personal profile and circumstances. Every policy is underwritten separately, which ensures that every risk is handled accurately and fair. Your policy no... has been reviewed recently and regrettably your risk profile does not allow for further cover... Are you freaking joking! You do not want to know the call centres reply on this!!!
