UNFAIR DEBIT ORDER

Hello Peter

Please assist

i took out a personal loanwith FNB and had few challenges and missed payment i then took it upon myself to call them and arrange to pay them extra so that i can cover my arrears, we then agreed on a specific amount to sort the problem out, i received another call from them thinking that they were confirming the debit order only to find out the consultant was doing another arrangement without checking that already arrangements were made, they then went on to debit my account twice every month for two months, the acknowledge their mistake and promised to pay me back but till to date i have not received the refund and i called them and they requested my bank statement of which i mailed them and they tell me i have to give them a statement that reflects transaction that never happened of which the bank cannot provide me, as their are a bank they should be knowing that. I then requested to speak to their supervisor namely: Andee September, who promised to contact me within 2hrs from yesterday, till today he has not contacted me.

i trully think this is not fair and banks like FNB are taking advantage of consumers, I AM TIRED OF CALLING THEM
