I took out a policy for my vehicle on 15/07/13, and then cancelled it as my previous insurance company offered me a better deal. I immediately called AA on the 15/07/13 to cancel the policy with them and requested for a confirmation letter that it has been cancelled, I did not receive the letter, I called the following day and was told the same thing, I called again today 17/07/13 and asked for the letter and was informed it has been sent but I have been checking my emails and still nothing and I spoke to Jamiel and they do not give out reference numbers for their calls. Jamiel also told me I had another policy which I am unaware of as Monday was the first time I contacted AA insurance. I did however receive a welcome email earlier today from AA but I haven't received the cancellation letter.
