During the month of May 2013, I had cover for my car and in June 2013, I recieved a call from Prishina stating that she is canceling my insurance cover with immediate effect. I declared everything upfront whilst I was joining Budget Insurance and the agent took an entire day to come back with an answer. (Check your recordings) THIS PRISHINA FAILED TO SEND TO ME WHEN I ASKED FOR IT. How can one person in the very same company confirm that Budget Insurance can insure me and the other declare that I cannot be insured. I need a logic explanation from somebody itr and furthermore I will not accept that I now don't have cover. I want my policy re-instated with immediate effect and want a response from you by COB today.
