I CALLED DISCOVERY TO CANCEL MY POLICY 2 MONTHS AGO & WAS TOLD I MUST SEND THEM A SIGNED CANCELLATION LETTER, I DID THAT & SURPRISINGLY DISCOVERY STILL DEBITED MY ACCOUNT.I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE TO ASK WHY & THE LEVEL OF INCONPETENCE & ARROGANCE I GOT FROM JOEDAN & PHUMI MADE ME ASK MYSELF WHY I EVEN TOOK UP COVER WITH DISCOVERY..I WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT FIND MY CANCELLATION LETTER & I STILL NEED TO GIVE THEM A 30 DAY NOTICE. THEY NEED TO REALIZE THAT IT'S TO DEBIT THE CLIENT FOR THE POLICY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELED.

IF THERE'S ANYONE OUT THERE WHO'S TRYING TO TAKE UP LIFE COVER WITH DISCOVERY, I'D ADVISE YOU THINK LONG & HARD BEFORE YOU REGRET THE DAY YOU ACCEPTED COVER WITH THEM..
