I have a complaint and a warning for everyone that want to do business or get contacted by "Grand Palace - Autocare"

They phoned me and told me that I can get extended mechanical warrantee on my car. They took all my details, and told me that they will send me the policy schedule to my email address. That was 2 months ago...!! Every month they deduct money from my account. When I phone them their receptionist Evelyn say they will call me back, and I must leave a message. This week I have phoned them approx. 20 times, and every time they have a different story. Every time I ask to speak to Debbie Reilly she is busy and that they will phone me back.

They tell you that you can cancel at any time, but believe me it's not that simple. These people are and a lot of. They your money. Now they tell me that they cannot pay my money back.
I will not leave this till I get all my money back.
