On 28 May I was in contact for the first time with Eric Ruiters from Zurich SA regarding a third party claim I have against their client, Hamptern whose client, a municipal bus company (North Star Busses) I claimed against. The public transport bus driver drove into my car on 22 February 2013. I followed all the necessary channels and send all the necessary documentation needed from my side to proceed with the claim. On 10 June Eric confirmed receipt of all the needed documentation. Suddenly they needed proof of payment for the excess which they got on 2 Aug (I followed up with their client as nothing was done from their side to get the necessary proof) and as we were ready to proceed suddenly more documentation is needed and do nothing from their side to follow up to get the matter resolved. I have to do their work again in order to ensure my claim gets paid out with no update or feedback from their side. It seems as if they keep finding excuses not to proceed with the claim and this is unacceptable! the accident was not my fault either but I am the one with all the effort, nuisance and no response from the insurance company and no pay out! I am sick and tired of them.
