In february2013 we or Kzn had I heavy mini hurricane and my roof and ceiling was damaged the insurers Santam brought in 5 different assessors including a roof inspector an engineer and the 6th person was a contractor from Hillcrest from Paxman Construction. That was after 7 months later and then they tell me wear and tear and I must get it repaired first but when I was insured they didn't come and inspect or tell me that my roof is not right I keep my house and yard in good condition and well maintained.
