i have an account with capitec, which i once took a loan and at a later stage i was not able to make a payment as i was not working, now they have handed over my account to vericred which i am paying through them Phone : 0413630500, now i am receiving calls from VVM (0877421991) debt collectors saying that my account is long over due and they have placed a trace locator as i am not paying my account, and on the other hand i am paying my account through vericred.so i am a bit confused now bcos i do not where to pay the account.
