I have an account with capitec, and they offer me multi loan for that matter I was not even away that I have multi loan.i was helped by a lady called seipati, my first loan was R26.000 for 3 years and during that year I had to go back to them taking an amount of R2000 and I was working at botshabelo staying there, the same month my store closed down and I had to go work in Bloemfontein, the following month I called capitec head office explaining my problem that im no longer working in bots and I can not afford to pay R2500 which was too much for me at that time.and they told me to go back where I toke my loan with my bank statement, I went there but still did not get help they say according to my bank statement I can afford.i had like 3 returned debit due to insuficiate funds, and I deposit it by myself, I only deposited R1200 for my first loan. after 3moths they handed all my loan to debt collector. those 3loans where settleled and I left with one loan which was current no arreas, it was also handed over.im still paying that for how long I don't know.to me this is day light .how can capitec hand over that account because it was current and they told me I have multiple acc.
