I had a loan with capitec bank and unfortunately went through debt review after being unable to afford my debt. I got to a point where I withdrew from debt review and capitec refused to take me back to pay my account.they handed me to their lawyers vertex solutions. I agreed to pay the amount.all this happened in april.it is with sadness that under credit bearau I am still listed as not paying and I have been paying for 6 months and never received any statement. I went to capitec who reffered me to vertex comapany and when I call there is no answer. I need to know how much am I paying my loan cause I have paid R6000 so far and my loan settlement amount is still R2000 less from april.can they please update my status so that I can carry on with my life
