I've always been impressed with the service of FBN, even when i opened an account a few months back i was impressed with the quick friendly response of the FNB Wynberg team. Although, i applied for an ebucks card the same time (May 2013) and has not received the card until now. I have inquired at FNB Century city (call center) as well filled out a form a in the beginning of August - to which i received a mail that they are looking into the matter. The middle of August and still no ebucks card, no ebucks points and no idea whats happening.
