On the 13th August 2013 I was involved in a car accident, the case was reported to the police and to the insurance that I was using which is 1st for women, on the 2nd September 2013 I received an email rejecting my claim from Mr Stephanus Share for 1st for women, it says that "This decision was made because u had not updated your policy record to reflect the correct residential address " I moved out from the address that is on my policy records on the 3rd August 2013, the accident took place only after 10 days. One of my cousin sister called Mr Stephanus and asked him how long does this insurance considered a client as not living in the area, Mr Stephanus said a month or two. First for women treated me so unfairly, they never contacted me, no trauma counselling session, I'm the one who kept on calling them, they were not interested, and sometimes they were even avoiding my call, it was now not as they promised me when I was joining this insurance.
