Branch Manager with Bad Disgusting Attitude

On the 06/08/2013 I went to the ATM in front of the FNB in Brackenfell, Old Paarl Road, After trying 3 times to deposit money, I really got irritated, cause the ATM keeps on kicking money back. And this is not the first time.
After that I decided to speak to the Bank Manager Concerning the matter. And this is where I almost totally lost it. The branch manager tells me the machine is working 100% and is taking in R140000 a month. Now I said to him that if this is the case why am I standing with a R100 note in my hands which should be deposited. He then tells me about transactions. SO am I hearing this correctly, are you telling me that I am trying to make deposits. I told him to check my money. After about 2 minutes he came back to me and try this note in the ATM. His words and I am quoting "I must try other avenues, try and work around the problem". Come on. This is not service, this is pathetic. Now I am sitting with a rude branch manager that is chasing clients away. Reported this at FNB on the 06/08/2013 with Reference number 36L479FH. And I am still waiting for an answer. Totally bad service.
