Unprofessional, Un-brazen and Incompetent Attitude

On the 2nd Feb 2013 between 12pm and 13pm i came to FNB Oshikango branch to make some deposits, I was met with unbrazen and incompetent attitude by the Teller named Kavenandjo Kambatuku. She kept on insisting that the account number i gave her was incorrect, misunderstanding my writing, that was resolve without a problem, but the next words she utter showed how unprofessional she is, she piled it up by saying that i should not come spoil her mood. This teller failed to address me properly as a customer, she is unprofessional and has no sense of customer care or accountability: when i threatened to report her to the Branch Manager, she shamelessly urged me to do so, of which i did, she did all this aloud and in front of other customers without fear of accountability. I reported the matter to the Branch Manager Mrs Nashongo, who did not seem surprised about my complaint as other customers have complained about the same Teller. I use this branch and it is the only one in Oshikango, the next branch is 60km away and i wont be chased away by a teller, so I need something to be done about this matter and reassurance that i will not face the same embarrassing problem again.
