Charges on my account unknown to me

Good day

Last Thursday I went to get a debit order reversed as I had insufficient funds in my account and it was debited by an insurance company. The reversal was successful. Anyway on Saturday an amount of R500 was deposited into my account from my mother. FNB deducted r57 as a penalty fee. Yesterday when I checked my account balance it showed r47 S/FE and R35 CASH. I don't understand why I'm being charged r47 for a service fee (I'm assuming that's what S/FE stands for because when I opened this account, I was told I won't be charged a monthly fee as I don't always have money going into my account. Secondly what was r35 deducted for because I have no idea what cash in this mini statement means. I stopped a debit order via my cellphone which I was told will cost r5. Please get back to me as I'm considering moving banks. I have sent in a query via email and no response.
