Unacceptable Service

On the 28/03/2013 I was mugged, I cancelled and reapplied for a new card on line. I was sent an Sms on Thursday stating my Card was ready to be collected at my Branch. On Saturday i go to the Lenasia Branch. i get to Kedibone, who didnt even greet. I told her im here to collect my Card. Before even checking she tells me the Card was not there. The lady next to her tells her to check, she then finds it, and tells me that it was not acknoledged. She then walks away. 45 min later she still couldn't tell me how long it would be. Her attitude was pathetic. I was then asked by the Bank Manager Faraad to go with him to his office, which i did. I said to him that firstly his tell was rude and had no way of dealing with Customers. i also told him im not prepared to return to the bank and he will have my card couried to me. When i told him about the bad service that i always receive at that branch, he became defensive and rude. I then asked him to please close all my accouts with FNB i will take my business somewhere else, he said he cant grant me that service, and that i am rude and behaving in an un humane nature and he asked me to leave which i did. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT BRANCH!
