Went to the bank intended to do my banking being end of the month. After standing in line, i get to the auto plus machine and theres no paper on both machines. This is been happening for several months now, so today i decided to enquire at reception why is this happening every end of the month. The lady tells me their working on it, unacceptable i said, please let me see your branch manager (Thabo) is on leave, Mokgadi Thoabala was meant to see me. After waiting for about 20 minutes i decided to leave my number so she can call me when she decides, i never got the call. while i was waiting for her i observed that the enquires desk had around 20 clients waiting in the queue, some just there for statements, things that can be obtain through auto plus ATM. I also saw clients that were just as frustrated as i was and just walked way. The point is it does not take a scientist to plan better for end of the month period. The attitude can also improve, waiting for 20 minutes without anyone availing themselves to speak to you (just unacceptable) i am prestige client, & have been for long. Feel like taking my business elsewhere.
