Poor Service levels being a platinum status

Its nothing new to expect poor service in South Africa in todays times. I called FNB last week and held on for over 17 minutes and then the agent assured me they will email me the statements and correct the charges they incorrectly billed me. Well a week later the charges are reversed but no statements where ever emailed to me.
on the 12th Aug, I called and held on for over 19 minutes before the call was answered and then the lady advised she cant help me and before even telling me she just transferred me again, its now 27 minutes and the call gets answered and advised the agent of the issue. the call cuts off
the frustration is you trying to get a copy of your own statement as they put me onto the email feature for the statements and unfortunately I did not receive it... However they billed me for the posting of it and had them look into it... well they reversed the amount but the question is why was it done in the first place? If I had not looked into it they would have benefitted again... a few years ago I had an issue with FNB where one of their staff members FRAUDUNTLY TAKEN OUT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT... upon INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUND THAT HE WAS GUILTY.NO APPOLOGY BY FNB
