Not enough time to do internet banking

I'm so tired of being logged off constantly when making a series of payments. I have complained to ABSA internet banking about being logged off despite still being busy with my banking and they are completely unhelpful and couldn't care attitude is disgusting. They pretend they don't know what I'm talking about. I have complained to the internet banking department no less than 3 times and not one person has been able to help as yet. Previously you used to be advised that you had one minute or you would be logged off now you push "pay" and the next screen says you've been logged off and you have to begin the entire payment process from scratch. It is so frustrating and more frustrating is that you pay every time you log onto the website again and thus it is not in their interests to advise you that they are cutting short your time on the internet banking site. This is enough to make me change my bank.
