I've been trying to get statement on all my accounts (Credit card/ Chq account/ revolving credit) from standard bank for almost three months now. I don't even have an idea what is the account numbers as i am not using those accounts any more!
I've tried to contact their call centre, I've send e-mails... all they give me is the cost it will cost if they give me the statements.
Due to the nature of my work i am unable to go into the branch to get my statements. Surely there must be a way for them to give me the details? Surely they are suppose to send me my statements on a monthly basis?
I am not paying these account anymore as i do not know what and who to pay. In my previous e-mail i said if i don't get feedback i will consirder these accounts closed. if i do not get any feedback from them after this complaint there is nothing more i can do.
Service like this is truly pathetic!!!
