Hi,
I've completed the Standard Bank Customer Credit Assist process almost two months ago and have not had any feedback. I call the contact centre two weeks ago and was advised that my application was escalated to a team leader and has been handed over to a manager of some kind. I would also have been contacted about the matter within a week. This was two weeks ago. As I work, the only time I have to contact customer services would be on a Saturday and even then I was informed that I could not be helped and have to call back during the week.
I have done this and was kept on hold for 26min and 8 seconds and just transferred or dropped back to the customer assist generic help menu
This is totally unacceptable, especially for a bank that prides themselves on customer relations.
I've scoured the internet for solutions and it seems that these solutions are only forthcoming once a complaint is laid on.
