Closure of Account - so difficult!

All I'd like to do is close my account - but I've been on the phone 40 minutes already.

The first guy said I needed to go through another department and put me back to the main IVR - which didn't have an option. The second time is cut me off and the final time I was just waiting due to high call volume.

How does one close a Go Banking account?!
