20 calls a day

In 2012 I took a personal loan from Standard Bank & then lost my job. I contacted, mailed faxed to say I was unemployed & could only pay a minimal amount on my account until I found employment. I started getting calls from the "Loan rehabilitation" department. I explained to them that I'm working & they put my arrangement on computer & that is when the trouble started. all my documents are in ENGLISH. I started getting sms's in afrikaans 3-6 times a day saying I owed money. I started getting between 10 and 16 calls a day saying I owed money. I eventually stopped taking calls from them. This has been going on for 6 months now. I contacted Joop Dekker who said he would sort it out in the beginning. It all seemed sorted from the calls to the afrikaans sms's. then the calls & sms's started again. I called Mr Dekker and he tells me until I settle the account the calls & sms's will continue. I mail him & he tells me the same thing. The more I say I can only afford a certain amount amonth the more they call. Today it is now 11.20 am I have had 9 calls so far. I have now been told the computer does not record arrangements and the computer calls. Can this be sorted
