FNB do not return calls and staff are rude

I have a personal loan with FNB since June 2012. I was unemployed from October 2012 but still paid the loan because I was do Temporary work. I started at a company in February 2013 and was earning a full day salary. In May they told me they need to cut costs and I must go. I spoke to the MD and he said I could work half day for R6000 a month. I took his offer because it is better than nothing. I have been applying for other posistions with no promise of a job. I contacted FNB on the 13th May to see if they could reduce my payment and extend the loan. I heard nothing from them and phoned on the 14th June again. On both occasions they promised somebody will contact me. On the 26th June I contacted them agin and was told that I will be contacted on that day. I put a stop on the debit order for the end of June and have now had numerous calls telling me that I am in arrears. I have explained it to all the consultants that contacted me my dilema. Today 24th July I had a consultant Gabisile who was the rudest person I have every spoken to.
