Outstanding service from an Insurance agent

As many will agree, when calling to your insurance company to file a claim, we often do this with our heart in our throat. Constantly worried about saying the wrong thing when speaking to a person that behaves like a robot and lacks emotion.

Verna Penn was the agent I just had the PLEASURE of dealing with and she is the exact opposite off all of the above.

From the time she answered the call her tone was soothing and all the way through to finalizing (24 hours) the claim I received numerous calls telling me every step and OFFERING ME solutions of my choice.

She seemed to understand the urgency of having a cell phone replaced and constantly suggested methods to get the entire process done as fast and as pain free as possible.

I already have my new phone and needless to say, Virginmoney Insurance can bank on me insuring this one with them too as I now know that if issues arise, people like Verna are under their wing.
