Receiving NO Assistance

I've applied with a different bank for a homeloan. They advised me that my scoring is low because of my Capitec Installments not being paid on time. I sent Capitec (Client Care) an email advising them of this. My salary is paid in on the 23rd of a month by 16H00. They are trying to deduct the instalment from my account in the morning and then it shows that i do not pay. I emailed them and they confirmed via email " Kindly be advised that our Credit department has confirmed that there is no negative information reflecting against your name at Experian". I asked them to please put this on one of their letterheads as the other bank cannot accept an email. The response was "Unfortunately we are not able to issue you with such a letter". I then went into the bank on Saturday to ask them to change my debit order date to the 24th so that this does not happen. The answer was they cannot change the date. I'm trying to build up my credit and they are breaking it down. No one wants to help me. All I need is this confirmation to be typed on a Capitec letterhead and debit order date to be change to the 24th of a month
