FNB Online is dysfunctional!

Last week I opened a Gold Cheque Account on the FNB website. Everything went went except for a few minor errors now and then (Eg: they ask for your postal address, but the fields are set out for you to only punch in your residential address). Anyway, at the end, I was notified that my card would be delivered to me. There was also a hold on my account because I had to go to a branch and display my proof of address and ID. I did that on the same day that my card got delivered. Now I would like to transfer my money from my current bank to my FNB account, but I can't because the FNB Online Banking website is literally broken. I have been trying for four days to register myself, but all I get is an error message saying "No data returned from request.". This is ridiculous and extremely frustrating. I feel so helpless.
