On the 31/07/2013, I called the FNB homeloans insurance to find out how I can go about cancelling my Outsurance policy via FNB, as FNB needs to instruct Outsurance that it is ok for them to cancel this policy, I was emailed a Request to subsitute form, & told to fill it in & mail it to FNB homeloans insurance, I did this on 31/07/2013, Mpho Namane then sent me the same form and asked me again to fill it in and provide her with the alternative insurance cover, I replied to her sending her my new insurance policy, & this cancellation form, & told her to please cancel the insurance and the debit order that is going to run off together with our homeloan debit order on the 20/08/2013, she has not responded to me, I have emailed her again, & warned her that if I do not get a response, I will complain on hellopeter, despite this she still chooses to ignore me, I have provided FNB with all the relevant documents to cancel the policy, before this debit order runs, I have given FNB enough time to do this, if this debit order runs on the 20/08/2013, I will not be a happy customer, because your staff are incompetant, please attend to, WHY MUST WE ALWAYS RESORT TO HELLOPETER TO GET SERVICE, I ASK MYSELF THIS!!
