I have robed an amount of 1000.00 due to call center that is not operating properly. I was at the atm withdraw money I inserted a card and the machine gave me option to insert a pin I entered the required pin; immediately I saw a stranger next to I looked at him and without doing anything when i was trying to withdraw the money the machine did not give me the option of withdrawal i tried to cancel and nothing appeared. Immediately i called a call center and the put me on hold until all my airtime gone. Before i went to the shop to buy airtime i looked a security to assist me and no where found i forced to leave at the machine to buy airtime and i also used a lot of money to get hold of call centre agent. I am asking my self why that number called emergency if is not emergency. Unfortunately while am busy with the call r1000.00 withdrawn from account. I want to take this issue to sabc speak out just to publish the problems that the customers have been experienced outside.
