I have applied for a loan on the 2/07/13 and I am still waiting to hear from them. I have phoned them countless times and I was told that someone will get back to me but no one ever did, I even sent emails to their client service but still not respond. I find this being a very bad service because on their website it states that it will only take 5 working days for application to be complete (false advertising). May I please get assistance with this loan application. Hearing from some one will be much appreciated... Their cell phone department is very good, I had a cell phone contract with them and I have never came across something ridiculous like this. Cell phone department keep it up. Loan department very bad service... I would really appreciate if some would come back to me.
