On the 14th of December i went to withdraw some money at Shoprite Eloff street. When i got to the machine i inserted my card and it asked for my pin i entered it then the machine freezed i could not go further with my transection then i tried to cancell and get my card back but it couldn't come out. Seeing that i called the cancellation call center to cancell my card after i finished with the cancellation there was a message that showed a R1000 has been withdrawn from my account. Then on the 15th i went to calrton center to report it the consultant who saved me said the ATM which i used has been used for for several times. He made me write the statement i did. Then he said he is not sure if i will get my money back. Then he told me to wait for two weeks. On the 12th of January i went to Park Central for my feed back they told me that the report say they can't refund me because the person who withdrew my money had the pin which i can get the sense how a person got my card as it was stuck in the machine and i called before anyone can use the ATM.The other thing there was R245 which was debited by NETCASH which i dont even know what is it for and why was it debit.
